How to Order:

- A WWN representative will respond to your inquiry within one business day.
Pickup Procedure:
- Review the acknowledgment for accuracy.
- Schedule time frame for pickup; morning or afternoon.
- Pickup instructions and payment details will be emailed prior to pickup date.
- Pick-up hours are between 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
Friendly Reminder:
- Please bring tarps and tie-downs for open trailers.
- Our crew is available to assist in loading and securing plant material if necessary.
- Any revisions made to an order within 3 business days of receiving the order is not permitted or may incur restocking or rescheduling fees.
Delivery Procedure:
- All prices quoted are FOB (Free on Board) from Lizton, Indiana, and exclude freight costs or packaging charges.
- A minimum sales order of $2,000 is required. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of WWN. We encourage pickups for smaller orders.
Booking and Confirmation:
- Please allow a minimum of 7 days to book delivery. During peak shipping periods in spring and fall, a timeframe of 2-3 weeks may be necessary. Confirmations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Delivery Address Responsibility:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Any detours resulting in additional driver time will be subject to revised freight charges based on mileage rates.
- Multiple Drops: For multiple drops per order, an additional charge of $150 per drop will be applicable.
Unloading and Detention fees:
A maximum duration of two hours is allotted for unloading.
- Detention fees of $250 per hour will be incurred.
- Drivers are not available for unloading assistance; adequate on-site staff is required.
