Retail Ordering

General inquiries can be made by either calling our direct line selecting option one or two for sales representatives. For emails send to A sales representative should reach out to you within 24 hrs. If you fail to reach us, please retry, or attempt an alternative method. If calling, please leave a voicemail as we receive numerous calls daily throughout our busy shipping times. Pricing and availability can be found here which is updated weekly. If you want a current availability, please make request via To set up a new customer we require the following information:

All ordering is done ahead of time and pick up is by appointment only. Unfortunately, we do not allow individuals to come onto the property to pick out plants. If you are not satisfied with the product, please inform the loading crew and we will find another. To reserve items, payment is required upon
submission of acknowledgement. For payment, you can use a credit card via our online portal ( To receive your order, pickups (by appointment) occur at the nursery (M-F 8:00-12:00, 1:00-4:30, Sat by request with no loading support). You may request delivery on orders over $2,000 (address required for mileage-based freight cost). We require at least three business days from the purchase date for all pickups and seven business days for delivery. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in either a delay at pickup or failure to complete order. Cancellations within 24 hrs. of pickup or delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
