      • The best way to contact us is via email (sales@woodywarehouse.com).  Seasonally we are quite busy so if you call and don’t connect, please leave a detailed voicemail and we will return your call within 1 business day.

       

    • What are the abbreviations by the container mean?
      • PRODUCT ABBREVIATIONS:
        • RR = Readi Root™
        • RF = Root Force™
        • RT = Root Trapper™
        • RM = Root Maker™
        • KB = 18″ Knit Bag™

         

      • What is the difference between A and B grade?
        • A grade is our highest quality stock.  Trees are straight and shrubs are multi-stem and densely branched.  B grade is restoration stock.  Trees may have slight bend to trunk and shrubs may be single-stem or not densely branched.

         

      • Are containers biodegradable?
        • No you must remove plastic container or fabric bags prior to planting.  You may return them to us, and we will reuse.

         

      • Do you deliver?
        • Yes we do. We ask for a minimum of $2000.00 to initiate a delivery and a direct ship to address. From there WWN will determine a freight fee based on your milage from the nursery.

         

      • Do you have a warranty?
        • No, if you have concerns about plant quality see us pictures and detailed information within one week of receipt.  Our staff will review and provide feedback.

         

      • Can I pick out the plants I want?
        • No, we do not have appropriate staff to accommodate, and layout is not friendly to browsing.  Wholesale customer can tag larger trees with appropriate notice and with a tagging fee.

         

      • I don’t see what I am looking for, when will you have more?
        • As a plant propagator we collect seed in late summer / fall.  Our crop cycle starts the following February and is completed in August / September.  If we sell out, we will not have additional stock until the following fall.

         

      • What is the right way to install / care for my plants?

  • Do I need to amend soil prior to planting?
    • No native plants are adapted to your soils.  Make sure you are planting the right plant in the right place.

 

  • How do I know if my order is reserved?
    • You will be emailed a sales acknowledgment.  If label says quote, no items are reserved.  We require payment to reserve items unless you have established terms.

     

  • Do you spray the plants with chemicals?
    • Yes in order to provide high quality native stock we must control nuisance pests.  We utilize IPM practices and do not use highly persistent chemicals.  We spray only when it is necessary.  When you receive your product, it is ready to make an ecological difference!
